On the basis of the empirical results of the study of the professional longevity of the teachers of the Volgograd region there are described the possible methods of the activation of the personal, semantic and value resources, allowing not only to come their activity to the age-related changes of the stage of the late maturity, but also to develop the new ways of the professional functioning.
