The article deals with the results of the research of different approaches to the comprehension of the motivation of students learning, the revealing of its essence and structure, the establishment of the basic requirements of its organization for an effective influence on its development of a future teacher. There is concluded that the dynamics of the motivation of students learning in higher education institutions is provided by the different correlation of its structural elements and the change of the learning kinds.
