In the context of the strategic guidelines of the development of the state and the society there is substantiated the necessity of the improvement of the professional pedagogical education. The article deals with revealing the main tasks of the development of the scientifically founded planning and forecasting of the need in training the teachers of the professional education and the determination of the general approaches to their psychological and pedagogical, methodological and specialized training, the organization and structure of the State Final Examination.
