Статья посвящена исследованию важнейших аспектов анализа деятельности конкурентов страховой компании. Выделены особенности конкуренции на страховом рынке РФ, рассмотрены основные лидеры рынка с точки зрения их преимуществ в различных видах страхования. На примере СК «Согласие» проведен конкурентный анализ деятельности самой компании, а также ее основных конкурентов. По результатам анализа выявлены угрозы со стороны конкурентов, а также слабые стороны и возможные уязвимости СК «Согласие».

Analysis of the activities of insurance competitors
The article is devoted to the study of the most important aspects of the analysis of the activities of the insurance company's competitors. The features of competition in the insurance market of the Russian Federation are highlighted, the main market leaders are considered from the point of view of their advantages in various types of insurance. Using the example of Soglasie Insurance Company, a competitive analysis of the company's activities, as well as its main competitors, is carried out. Based on the results of the analysis, threats from competitors, as well as weaknesses and possible vulnerabilities of Soglasie Insurance Company are identified.
