Globalization requires inclusive education for the students with the binary linguistic experience and the cross-cultural belonging. It is necessary to support the differences in the experience, language and culture for the successful education. The analysis of the scientific research in National Research Ogarev Mordovia State University showed the efficiency of bilingual education in cross-cultural groups. The role of bilingual communities in academic progress is underlined. There are suggested the recommendations for their improvement in university.
