The process of professional establishment of teachers needs the study of its individual and psychological peculiarities conditioned by the gender belonging. The aim of the study is the revealing the similarities and differences of the gender peculiarities of the individual and psychological reactions of the teachers’ frustration. The differences of the teachers of the different sexes in the frustration reactions are connected with the equability of responding in life and professional situations.
