The analysis of the social and psychological-pedagogical aspects of the work with the prison population of the correctional institutions of the Federal Penitentiary Service of the Russian Federation

The article deals with the analysis of the peculiarities of the presence of the convicted in the correctional institutions from the perspectives of the social-psychological and pedagogical approaches. There are considered in details the characteristics and the significance of the phenomenon of the regime, its aims and tasks, the essence and functions. The authors conduct the analysis of the experience of the activity of the institutions of A.S. Makarenko from the perspective of the humanistic attitudes towards the man, who is in the correctional institution. There are considered the peculiarities of the different groups of the convicted from the perspective of the psychological and pedagogical approach.
