Analysis of technical mistakes when performing jumps in rhythmic gymnastics at the elementary training stage

Based on the training session observations the quantitative analysis of jumps in rhythmic gymnastics at the stage of elementary training was carried out. The study of physical activities of young gymnasts allowed to find out essential mistakes in performing jumps at the competitions and reveal their causes
