Anthropopractical paradigm of development of reading literacy of teachers in the context of the implementation of the renewed Federal Educational Standard of general education

The article deals with the problematic field of the Russian system of the additional professional education. There are considered and specificated the current deficits of the reading literacy of the school teachers. On the basis of the results of the empirical study, acquired in the process of the pilot testing, there is presented the analysis of the situation, there are defined the points of growth, allowing to negate the potential issues and to eliminate the problems of the modern teacher in the development of the reading literacy.
