Lean manufacturing as a tool optimization of business processes

The article shows that the requirements of the current stage of economic development are most consistent with the process approach in the management of the organization. Optimization of business processes is carried out through the introduction of one of the methodologies of process management - lean manufacturing. The importance of personnel readiness for the introduction of lean production and the formation of lean consciousness is indicated. The mechanism of informing the organization's personnel about the introduction of lean production, its goals and objectives are illustrated. The definition of lean production as an improving system, including three subsystems, is formulated.
