The concept of lean production in the management system of JSC «Kalugaputmash»

The article presents the results of the study of the concept of lean manufacturing and its adaptation to the management system of JSC «Kalugaputmash». The characteristics of the organization under study are given, the main problems of its functioning are summarized. The instruments of the lean production concept for implementation in JSC «Kalugaputmash» with justification of their economic feasibility are proposed.
