Статья посвящена малоизученному сюжету в истории «Славной революции» 1688-1689 гг. - борьбе якобитов за реставрацию низложенного короля Якова II Стюарта в шотландском представительном органе Конвенция Сословий. Автор предпринимает попытку установить поименный состав якобитской фракции, ее лидеров, а также цели, методы и итог борьбы сторонников Якова II.
