The purpose and criteria for the legality of self-defense of civil rights

The article provides a brief analysis of the legislative provisions of the objectives and criteria for the legality of the application in civil circulation of such legal definition as self-defense of civil rights. In addition to outlining a brief historical aspect and a modern understanding of self-defence, an attempt has been made to identify legal problems with the law enforcement of the victim in this non-jurisdictional way of defending the law and to suggest possible solutions.
