Problems of regulatory legal regulation of self-defense in the Russian Federation: a review of judicial practice

The article addresses the problems of regulation of self-defense in civil law, in particular, raises the question that the procedure of self-defense is not regulated by law, while among the ways to protect the Russian Central Committee calls self-defense. An analysis of the jurisprudence is provided with the conclusions as to what specific actions should be recognized as self-defence. The question of proportionality or proportionality of self-defence has also been investigated, and judicial practice interpreting these terms is cited.
