Targeted training: status and problems

Бесплатный доступ

The article discusses the problem of improving targeted training and identifies the organizational and pedagogical conditions for targeted training. This issue is of particular importance in modern education. The organization of targeted training (hereinafter referred to as TST), which aims to address regional sectoral personnel issues, ensure the flexibility of the education system in response to changing societal needs and demands, and provide opportunities for social mobility for young professionals, is an essential element of governmental management of the professional education system. Currently, the Center of Professional Education is one of the most important tools for achieving the main goal of the professional education system, which is to meet the country's economic needs for qualified personnel. The organization of admission to the Center of Professional Education and the support of target students until their employment after graduation require universities to create a system of documentation for all processes, taking into account the current legislation. In our opinion, in order to further study this issue, it is necessary to develop recommendations for improving the documentation processes of targeted admission and training at a university.
