The actuality of the topic is due to the need to develop professional written and speech competence among the students of non-philological universities with the use of the model of educational process. The creation of a communicative-based educational model, related to the formation of professionally oriented written speech competence of students, based on a differential approach to writing and written speech, and the analysis of difficulties for the Uzbek students in the formation of written and speech professional skills are considered. There are recommended the models, developing writing and written speech skills.
