Deformation properties of materials in combination of alternating plastic flow and ratcheting

Free access

A new test method for determining the mechanical properties of materials under low-cycle deformation with non-zero plastic strain range and strain increments per cycle. Basic laws for deformation properties and their changes due to the mutual influence of cyclic hardening and quasi-static strain hardening are established for several typical steels.

cyclic inelastic deformation \ strain accumulation \ strain hardening \ ratcheting
