В процессе лечения остеоартроза первого плюснефалангового сустава могут быть использованы различные методы лечения и хирургические техни­ки. Определение наилучшей тактики лечения требует оценки многих переменных. Обзор литературы дает отправную точку для понимания тех факто­ров, которые должны приниматься во внимание и учтены в процессе определения вида лечения. Исследования, проведенные в клинике и лаборатории направлены на то, чтобы дать необходимые ответы, но на сегодняшний день нет однозначных данных касательно многих вопросов лечения этой пато­логии.
