Difficulties in Representing the Professional Project among University Students (A Descriptive Study on Psychology and Orthophony Students)

As part of the research on the difficulties in representing professional projects among university students majoring in psychology and orthophony, this study aimed to explore the nature of the relationship between the difficulties in representing professional projects and factors such as self-esteem, motivation, personality traits, and labour market requirements. A questionnaire on the difficulties of representing the professional project, designed specifically for this study, was administered to 216 male and female students. Using a descriptive approach, the results revealed a strong correlational relationship between these factors. The difficulties in representing the professional project were linked to a lack of motivation, which is a fundamental factor in developing the professional project. This led to difficulties with self-esteem and revealed a strong relationship between the difficulty in representing the project, the student's personality traits, and the labour market requirements. No statistically significant differences were found in the difficulty of representing the professional project due to gender.
