The dynamics of the transformation of the social status of the village teacher in the Krasnoyarsk region

At the example of the Krasnoyarsk region there are analyzed the changes of the social status of the village teacher. There is defined the problem of the substantial deficit and “aging” of the pedagogical staff in the rural area, the difficulties of the adaptation process of the young staff, causing their loss. The implementation of the federal projects, directed to the advance of the status of the village teacher, is considered.
