Discussion in the classes of the Russian language as a foreign language

The article deals with the peculiarities of the discussion method as a part of the problem method in the process of teaching the Russian language as a foreign language. There are given the recommendations of the implementation of the learning discussion in the educational process. The authors demonstrate the fragment of the class session in the form of the debate on the topic of “International studies: advantages and disadvantages”.
