Diversification of educational forms: from the challenges of the educational practices of the schools to the teacher's training

The article deals with the factors, having influence on the transformation of the educational practices of the schools. There is substantiated the necessity of the introduction of the new forms of the education in the educational process of the school. The authors define the basic forms, that are necessary for the extensive use. There is demonstrated the connection between the acquired experience of the quasi-professional activity of the future teachers in the educational process and the further changes of the educational practices, resulted in the professional activity.
