The article provides a statistical assessment of the impact of meteorological factors recorded at the Piskom meteorological station on the flow of the Chirchik Basin rivers, i.e. the Piskom and Chatkal rivers, in the context of climate change. The flow of the studied rivers is unevenly distributed over the months of the year, with the main part of the annual flow occurring in January. The flow in the basin increases from May to July.

Fibrillation remains one of the most important problems in modern cardiology. Over the last 20 years, the incidence of hospitalization with fibrillation has increased by 66% as a result of population aging and an increase in the prevalence of chronic heart disease. Fibrillation has a negative impact on hemodynamics, quality of life, and long-term prognosis. The prevalence of compartmental fibrillation in the general population is 0.4-1%, with up to 8% observed in people over 80 years of age. Approximately 60% of patients over 75 years of age with compartmental fibrillation are women.Fibrillation of the compartments is associated with an increased risk of stroke, heart failure (HF), and all-cause mortality, especially in women.

In the article presents the results of an ascertaining experiment on problems in the field of development of information and management competencies of masters of Technical higher educational institutions. The author analyzes the effectiveness of the process of development of information and management competencies, identifies factors that contribute to improving the development of masters of of Technical higher educational institutions for future teaching activities. In the article the diagnostics of revealing readiness of development of information and management competencies on a measuring instrument (indicators) is given. The quality of education was monitored, on the basis of which indicators for the following evaluation objects were developed and tested: educational activities; extracurricular activities; the quality of the conditions for ensuring the educational process. Their use in the process of experimental and experimental work is also considered. The results of the determination of readiness of development of information and management competencies on combined levels of assessment are summarized.

Experience in the diagnosis and treatment of intestinal intussusceptions in children

Intestinal intussusception is the most common type of acquired intestinal obstruction in children, while in the absolute majority this pathology occurs in infants [1-3]. Intestinal intussusception refers to a mixed form of mechanical obstruction (a combination of obturation and strangulation). This pathology is caused by discoordination of intestinal peristalsis with the formation of spasm sites, which contributes to the introduction of one part of the intestine into another, while more often the introduction occurs during peristalsis. In infants, this pathology develops against the background of anatomical and physiological features, which include mobility of the ileum and cecum, immaturity of the Bauginia flap [2; 3]. It is due to these features that invagination in children under one year of age most often develops in the area of the ileocecal angle. In addition, the age-related physiological immaturity of the intestinal enzymatic apparatus contributes to the development of this pathology. A significant role in the occurrence of intussusception belongs to the violation of the feeding regime of the child and factors contributing to changes in intestinal peristalsis - intestinal infections

At present, much attention is paid to the study of various soluble forms of adhesive molecules belonging to a new class of immunoregulatory microparticles in various pathological processes. It should be noted that information about the participation of these molecular forms in the pathogenesis of COPD and IHD is sporadic and contradictory. In addition, with the combination of COPD and IHD, exertional angina pectoris II, III functional classes (FC), there are no complex clinical studies devoted to the relationship of myocardial remodeling processes with biomarkers of the inflammatory process, including molecules of cell adhesion and adhesion of vascular walls, as well as pro-inflammatory cytokines and lipid profile.
