Fatty liver disease of various etiologies

Due to significant alcohol consumption in Russia, an increase in the prevalence of obesity, insulin resistance and metabolic syndrome, there is an increase in chronic liver diseases. In alcoholic illness, there are several variants of damage to the liver parenchyma caused by systematic alcohol consumption: steatosis, alcoholic hepatitis (AH) and cirrhosis of the liver. Thus, the data of previous studies are contradictory and indicate the feasibility of studying psychovegetative features in patients with fatty liver dystrophy of various etiologies. The number of comparative studies of alcoholic and non-alcoholic steatohepatitis by clinical parameters is rare, especially in the Russian literature.

Features of cognitive functions in epilepsy depending on focus lateralization

Resume: Cognitive impairments in epilepsy are a current problem in neurology. The basis of the idea on the pathogenesis of higher nervous system dysfunctions is the interaction of a few factors that include the form and duration of the disease, gender differences, and the impact of antiepileptic therapy. The role of interattack epileptiform changes in the development of cognitive deficit in adults and epileptic encephalopathies in children is discussed. Up-to-date neurophysiological and neuroimaging diagnostic methods allow the detection of new features in the course and progression of higher nervous system dysfunctions in epilepsy.

This article examines the problem of introducing a constructive approach to education as a leading principle of pedagogy. The essence and general principles of a constructive approach are analyzed. The article summarizes new material on the topic under study, new concepts are introduced into scientific circulation: “foundations of constructiveness”, “constructive personality”, “constructive skills”, “constructive activity”, “constructive approach”, “principle of constructiveness”. The methodological principle of pedagogy, which is currently applied, is substantiated. On the basis of historical graphic and empirical research, the author identified the basic patterns of the constructive approach and indicated its implementation through educational organizations. The characteristic features of constructive learning are highlighted and described. The opinion expressed by the author will be of interest to specialists in the field of education who want to improve the quality and efficiency of work. This problem has been little studied today and requires further research.
