Experimental study to develop writing skills through blended learning in the times of internet

This article emphasizes the role of computer-based technologies in learning how to develop writing skills. It reveals that learners not only control the learning speed, but also do not suffer from the time restrictions of classroom interaction. Teaching and learning take place in both on-campus and online setting and various ways are offered to communicate with each other, either synchronously or asynchronously. Compared to paper teaching documents, the electronic resources are easier for the teachers to keep in order.

Suppressing the expression of positive emotions is generally considered socially undesirable. However, previous studies have not been able to examine the role of social context in manipulating proper emotional regulation. Consider contexts that may be more appropriate to suppress than express positive emotions, and express positive emotions if the expressed emotional valence (i.e. positive) does not match the context's valence. There was assumed to be considered inappropriate (i.e negative).

Expression of the syntax of not

This article is an attempt to give a unified account of the syntax and semantics of negation, and in particular, of the lexical item not. Two analyses are presented and discussed: the first providing for the deep structure occurrence of not in the specifier of adverbials and noun phrases and deep structure interpretation of the scope of negation, and the second providing for generation of not in sentence initial position and derived structure scope interpretation. It is argued that the second analysis provides a better description of two adverbial classes that are superficially parallel but differ in significant syntactic and semantic respects. Further, it is suggested that a comprehensive theory of scope semantics would require derived structure scope interpretive rules. The semantics of the quantifier any are considered and Quine’s proposal that any is the "universal quantifier is supported, and evidence is presented that its distribution can be predicted if it is regarded as the marked form of the universal quantifier.

Lecturers play an important role in education because they directly contact students, master the capacity to comprehend and consider the requirements of society for the subject to set out the objectives in teaching. They work under the goals agreed with their schools and students to fulfill their commitments to learners and society [6]. The teaching staff at higher education institutions have grown enormously in both quantity and quality throughout the years. However, there are several specific limitations that make the outcomes fail to meet the specified aims and objectives [4]. In addition, the rapid increase in size at non-public universities in recent years has put great pressure on administrators to ensure the quantity and quality of teaching staff. Job satisfaction is an essential factor in maintaining first-rate lecturers and attracting human resources [5]. Universities in general and private universities, in particular, shall have some policies attracting, maintaining, and developing human resources to enhance training efficiency and the teaching quality in the current competitive environment. In this article, the author focuses on analyzing and explaining the primary contents of the factors affecting the attraction of excellent teaching staff. Besides, the author will give some suggestions to effectively attract high-quality lecturers to non-public universities in Ho Chi Minh City.

The development of science and technology proves once again how infinite human needs are. The concentration of the population in large cities, on the one hand, accelerates the process of urbanization and affects the level of development of the state, on the other hand, the state of the environment has a negative impact on urban ecology. Solving this problem is one of the main tasks of urboecology. The development of modern methods of geo-ecological monitoring of the ecological condition of cities, especially in areas with high industrial specialization, the development of measures to improve the health of the population in ecologically critical areas is of great importance today. To this end, this article discusses in detail the industrialized Navoi region and its urban and ecological situation, the factors affecting it.
