This article is devoted to the analysis of consumption in the framework of the market model for the economy on the example of the United States. The time period of 26 years 1991-2016 was chosen for the analysis. The purpose of this work is to verify the applicability of this model in the current market conditions of the United States. In this regard, statistics on the exogenous and endogenous variables of the model were collected, and the least squares method was used to estimate them. The model was tested for the presence of autocorrelation, heteroskedasticity, consistency of estimates.

Modern approach to diagnosis and treatment juvenile dysmonorrhea in adolescent girls

Dysmenorrhea is one of the most common gynecological diseases among adolescents. Moreover, the widespread introduction of the latest achievements of drug and non-drug therapy did not cause the expected decrease in the frequency of dysmenorrhea in girls. Perhaps this is due to the lack of a clearly defined differentiated approach to the treatment of these patients and the fact that most specialists under the term "dysmenorrhea" understand only the presence of painful menstruation without taking into account the entire wide range of neurovegetative, metabolic-endocrine, mental and emotional deviations of the menstruation process. The obtained data, which highlighted the problem of dysmenorrhea in girls, showed the importance of a differentiated approach to diagnosis and to the appointment of non-hormonal and various hormonal drugs to correct various manifestations of dysmenorrhea in girls.

Optical coherence tomography (OST) occupies a special place among high technologies in this series. The use of innovative methods in educational institutions has the potential not only to improve education, but also to empower people, strengthen governance and stimulate efforts to achieve the human development goal for the country. With a range of educational options available before the learners of the current generation, the more recent trends in education seem to have emerged that have completely changed the face of the traditional education system. Recent trends, methods and developments show the crucial role of the education sector in general with its internalization of the educational process, emphasis on quality over quantity, increasing adoption of technologies, need for professional talents, etc. The theories and methods are constantly evolving also in the field EL. This paper introduces the famous trends in ELT that have recently been put into practical use around the world, with particular reference to the trends that have prevailed over the past few decades. The study of classical Latin and the analysis of its grammar become the model of foreign languages in school and these methods and approaches, new trends in foreign language teaching are known as GTM to the communicative method.

To date, there is a widespread perception of schizophrenia and schizophrenic spectrum disorders as predominantly progressive diseases with an unfavorable prognosis. The possibility of a regredient course of schizophrenia up to a complete stop of the pathological process was noted by the classics of psychiatry. Thus, E. KgaereIp described periods of weakening and even complete disappearance of psychopathological symptoms, he also used the concept of "social recovery" for the first time in schizophrenic spectrum diseases. E.B1ei1eg also allowed the "stopping" of the schizophrenic process, and at any stage of the disease, believing that various variants of the course, outcome and prognosis of schizophrenia are possible. K.Schneider described patients with prolonged spontaneous remissions after a single expanded schizophrenic attack, and the duration of remissions reached 50 years, and patients at the same time maintained a good level of social adaptation.

Most of the examined patients had concomitant diseases and most often these are various non-specific diseases of the bronchopulmonary system. And some patients were observed for several diseases at the same time. Erased clinical symptoms, lack of alertness of doctors of polyclinics of alertness in relation to tuberculosis, leads to late diagnosis of the disease. In 32 patients, bacterial excretion was established by bacterioscopy using the real-time PCR method GeneXpert Rif in addition, Mycobacterium tuberculosis was detected in 11 patients, and in 7(10.4%), multidrug resistance was established.
