This study was designed to identify the crises faced by primary school administrators and the strategies they implement in response. The research focuses on female and male school administrators in Kilis during the 2025-2026 academic year. To examine the solution strategies employed by school administrators in response to school crises, 20 school administrators working in primary schools in the city center of Kilis constitute the study group. It was designed as a qualitative study, and a case study design was chosen as the qualitative research design. Data were collected from participants through semi-structured interviews. In the data analysis, the descriptive analysis technique was applied. As a result of the analyses, it was determined that school administrators experience crises related to earthquakes, pandemics, peer bullying, war, communication deficiencies, and student safety. In terms of crisis resolution strategies, it was found that they first identify the crisis and the individuals involved, remain calm and composed, keep communication channels open, and work collaboratively with all stakeholders. Based on the research findings, it was recommended that crisis management training be provided to school administrators in practice, alongside a mentor.
