Факторы субъективного благополучия учащихся: актуальные исследования

В статье рассматривается понятие «субъективное благополучие личности», приводятся ключевые его компоненты. Отмечается, что субъективное благополучие учащихся имеет решающее значение для изучения, поскольку способствует полному состоянию психического здоровья личности. Отправной точкой в определении субъективного благополучия как феномена избраны подходы Э. Динера, М. Селигмана, лежащие в основе современных исследований. В работе содержатся результаты последних психологических исследований, в которых изучается связь субъективного благополучия личности и внешних факторов, жизненных обстоятельств личности. Рассмотрены исследования, раскрывающие предикторы субъективного благополучия учащихся, среди которых удовлетворенность учебой, академическая вовлеченность, успеваемость, социально-экономический статус семьи, механизмы совладания со стрессовыми ситуациями. Отмечается, что представленный анализ исследований может служить основой формирования гипотез для их последующей эмпирической проверки в рамках отечественных психологических исследований субъективного благополучия учащихся.
