Финансовые санкции как средство гуманитарной интервенции (на материалах Центрально-Африканской Республики)

В статье рассматриваются финансовые санкции, ставшие в условиях современного мирового порядка одним из средств гуманитарной интервенции. По мнению автора, гуманитарные финансовые санкции служат для прекращения преступлений, совершаемых всеми сторонами конфликта. Доказывается, что с помощью финансовых санкций, обладающих рядом преимуществ, могут быть эффективно решены многие гуманитарные задачи.
