Formation of a throatous personality in pedagogical educational organizations

The article presents the analysis of the concept of "lean personality", analyzes professional standards of a teacher and a specialist in process management, and concludes on the need to develop the qualities of a lean personality in future teachers and heads of educational organizations. Based on the analysis of labor functions, the structure of a lean personality is determined, motivational-value, creative-cognitive, operational-activity, emotionalcommunicative components are identified, and indicators characterizing the formation of the components are identified. A diagnostic study of 125 students of the South Ural State Humanitarian Pedagogical University was conducted, it was revealed that the students have a low level of formation of indicators and components of a lean personality. The key aspects of the formation of a lean personality based on the use of lean technologies in an educational organization are revealed, such as minimization of redundant operations and resources; focus on the value for students and the labor market; continuous improvement of educational processes; development of the personality of teachers.
