«Information space» of a territorial system of education management

In the article the concept of information space is considered. The three-level metamodel of information space of a territorial (regional) education system created on the basis of the technology offered allows to raise objectivity in an estimation of quality of activity of educational establishments of territory, to raise a management efficiency of an educational establishment and of a territorial education system as a whole. The metamodel can be used for reengineering the automated information control educaction management system and development of the system.
