The development of historical memory of students in the educational process of the Soviet school (1921-1941)

The article deals with the issue, that in the 1921-1941s the historical memory, installable in the educational process in the students’ consciousness, allowed them to evaluate the present and to find in the past the proof of the substantiation of the strategic course of the Bolsheviks. It is analyzed that the subjects of the education mastered the key events, the names of the heroes and anti-heroes of the history, the myths and values, that helped them to define the correspondence of their own attitude towards the past “standard” representations of the native society about it.
