The development of methodological competence of teachers of primary school in the sphere of geometric concepts

The article deals with the analysis of the concept “methodological competence”. There are considered the levels of the development of this competence. The authors underline the stages of the development of the methodological competence in the sphere of the geometric concepts during the courses of the advanced training of teachers of primary school (the theme “The modern lesson of Mathematics at primary school”). There is given the definition of “visualization of problematization” in the process of the development of the geometric representations of younger schoolchildren.
