The emotional experience of foreign language communication as the means, supporting the emotional development of preschool children, is considered. There are revealed the groups of exercises and techniques that provide the mastering such experience of communication by the preschool children. The examples of the methodological work in the preschool institutions, demonstrating the potential of the use of the foreign language as the means of the emotional development of preschool children, are given.
