Ideal and model of “new man” of the 1920s: the pedagogical phenomena in the social and cultural context

The article deals with the social and cultural conditions where there were developed the ideal and model of “new man” in the 1920s. There is stated that the necessity of the development of these theoretical constructs was determined, first of all, by the anomy and the social and cultural split as the products of the overtaking and inorganic modernization of the society and the pedagogical process is the subsystem of the Global Project of the Social Reconstruction of the World System.
