Innovative approach to shaping a secondary school student personality based on language and culture integration (in conditions of learning a second foreign language)

The article presents an innovative approach which is a combination of culture-language integration and the development of a learner's personality. The said approach may become a foundation for solution of tasks related to self-education and self-upbringing of learners which are undecidable by means of traditional education and upbringing.
