Исследован инновационный потенциал Юга России как условия формирования механизмов государственного управлениясоциальным пространством Юга России. Innovative potential as a condition of the state policy development formation of social space of the south of Russia
The innovative potential of the South of Russia as a condition of formation of mechanisms of the state social space of the South of Russia is investigated. The main stages and characteristics of the innovation process are considered. Conditions of development of innovative system of the region are designated. The basic principles of the state innovation policy are defined. Improvements in the organization of the mechanism of state management of regional development and the conditions necessary for the functioning of the entire reproductive system are proposed.
