The evaluation tooling of development of digital competencies of teachers by the method of analysis of professional methodological documentation is described. There is emphasized the diagnostics on the basis of the technological maps of lessons and the sheets of self-examination of classes allowing to evaluate the progress of methodological improvement of digital teachers competencies in all aspects.
