The tools of mediated motivation of gamification as an innovative pedagogical technique

The article deals with the basic concepts of the gamification as the means of the optimization of the subject-to-subject relations in the pedagogical system “military university”. There are emphasized two positions of the suggested methodology - the development of the stable positive motivation of the cadets to the improvement of the level of the foreign language literacy and the methodological preparation of the learning material by the teacher.
