Integration as an essential process in modernizaton of general and specialized education in Russia

The article deals with present-day integration processes in general and specialized education in Russia. The focus is on a less studied problem of peculiarities of integration of people with development problems. The problem is all the more important at the time of demographic crisis and increasing numbers of disabled children.
