For centuries, the scientific community has been aware of the cellular importance of oxygen, which converts food into energy and is transported to the tissues by red blood cells. It is known that oxygen gives life and life energy and takes them away.Training with intermittent hypoxia, interval hypoxic training (IHT) is one of the most promising additional non-drug therapies that activate the natural defences of the human body and provide the body with a high degree of adaptation.
