Использование сухожилия длинной головки бицепса для лечения комбинированных повреждений SLAP и банкарта плечевого сустава

Описана методика лечения комбинированных повреждений SLAP и Банкарта путем транспозиции сухожилия длинной головки бицепса через сухожилие подлопаточной мышцы, которая позволяет одновременно устранить имеющуюся патологию длинной головки бицепса и повреждение передне-нижней порции суставной губы лопатки при плохом качестве плече-лопаточных связок вне зависимости от наличия субкритического дефекта костной ткани в передненижнем сегменте гленоида.

Treatment of the combined SLAP and bankart lesions using the long head of the biceps
We described the method of treatment of combined SLAP and Bankart lesions by transposition of the long head of the biceps trough the subscapularis tendon that simultaneously eliminates the existing pathology of the long head of the biceps and anterior inferior glenoid labrum lesions with poor quality of the glenohumeral ligaments, regardless of the presence of a subcritical bone defect of the anterior inferior of the glenoid.
