The article deals with the issue of the use of the technologies of augmented and virtual realities in the process of literary education. There are suggested the variants of the use of these technologies in the process of the creation of the teaching guide in the form of augmented reality book during the conduction of the educational quests, the implementation of the case technologies and the creation of the projections of the virtual personification of the author’s world.
