Causes and consequences of potential nonconformities in sugar cookies production

The article focuses on causes and consequences of potential nonconformities in sugar cookies production in order to improve the quality management system of one of the largest enterprises in the city of Ulan-Ude, Amta Confectionery Company. The research analyzes factors influencing product quality, studies violation consequences, identifies methods for detecting nonconformities and measures to correct them, as well as assesses severity of potential nonconformities and their consequences. It has been found that risk priority number helps quantify the situation and minimize substandard products.
