The duration of the extraction process (exposure) and temperature are the basic parameters of the process. It has been stated before that the exposure shouldnt exceed 50 minutes. The data on optimal extraction temperature are contradictory. The possibility to use the exposure of 30 min. and the temperature from 65°C to 85°C for dry matter extraction from pine-tree needles with particle size from 0.1 to 3.0 mm. has been revealed.
