Исследование возможности проведения капитального ремонта взрывателей

В статье описывается процесс ремонта взрывателей, разработка ремонтной документации и испытания, подтверждающие работу изделия. Определены основные элементы, определяющие гарантийный срок хранения взрывателей. Установлены основные виды работ по ремонту, по продлению гарантийных и эксплуатационных сроков, по анализу состояния взрывателей, по установлению назначенных сроков службы. Описаны выполняемые работы и исследования АО «НПО «Курганприбор» по установлению и продлению назначенного срока службы изделия МРВ-У. Поскольку разработка ремонтной документации для изделия МРВ-У проводится по Техническому заданию (ТЗ), утвержденному руководителем департамента МО РФ, в соответствии с ТЗ выделены основные цели разработки ремонтной документации: проведение исследований взрывателей МРВ-У, подтверждение технического состояния пружин, подтверждение технического состояния замедлителей, замена сборок с взрывчатыми веществами, не обеспечивающих их повторное использование, на новые. Установлена концепция разработки ремонтной документации. Разработан алгоритм ремонтных работ изделия МРВ-У. Приведено описание разработанных документов по ремонту: руководство по капитальному ремонту взрывателей МРВ-У, программа и методика испытаний взрывателей МРВ-У после ремонта, нормы расхода запасных частей на ремонт, методика испытаний на функционирование, а также ведомость документов для ремонта. Проведены и описаны результаты испытаний изделия на прочность, на проверку качества покрытий, испытания на функционирование, на безопасность бросанием, на полноту детонации, на время действия замедлителей, проведены ускоренные климатические испытания и проведено обследование пружин изделий. По результатам испытаний партии главного конструктора составлен акт заводских испытаний изделий МРВ-У.

Investigation of the possibility of major repairs of fusesk
This publication describes the process of fuse repair, the development of repair documentation and tests that confirming the operation of the product. The main elements determining the warranty period of storage of fuses are defined. The main types of work have been established: on repair, an extension of warranty and operational periods, an analysis of the condition of fuses, on establishment of assigned service life. The work and research carried out by JSC “Scientific and Production Association “Kurganpribor” to establish and extend the designated service life of the МРВ-У product is described. Since the development of repair documentation for the МРВ-У product is carried out according to the Technical assignment (TA) approved by the Head of the Department of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, the main objectives of the development of repair documentation are highlighted in accordance with the TAThe concept of repair documentation has been established: conducting a study of the МРВ-У fuses, confirming the technical condition of the springs, confirming the technical condition of the retarders, replacing with new assemblies with explosives that do not ensure their reuse. The algorithm of repair work of the МРВ-У product has been developed. The description of the 0 developed repair documents is given: guidelines for major repairs of МРВ-У fuses, a program and methodology for testing the МРВ-У fuses after repairs, standards for the consumption of spare parts for repairs, a test procedure for functioning, as well as a list of documents for repairs. The test results are presented and described on the product for strength, for checking the quality of coatings, tests for functioning, for safety by throwing, for completeness of detonation, for the duration of the action of retarders, accelerated climatic tests were carried out and the survey of the springs of the products was carried out. According to the results of the tests of the batch of the chief designer, an Act of factory testing of the МРВ-У product was drawn up.
