Export control in the Russian Federation at the present stage: features and new challenges

At the present stage, the state has many tools for regulating foreign trade activities. One of them is export control. The article analyzes the dynamics of the main indicators of the implementation of export control in 2019-2021. In March 2022, amendments were made to the Federal Law “On Export Control”, current measures were taken to ban the export of foreign goods, equipment and technologies that are critical for Russia, and new lists of goods that are prohibited from being exported from the country were approved. An important area in the field of export control has become the protection of information and the information infrastructure of the Russian Federation, which requires regular, high-quality and effective decisions and actions.
