The evolution of methodological approaches in designing the educational standards of higher pedagogical education (1992-2015)

The differences of methodological approaches in designing the standards of higher pedagogical education during the period of 1992-2015 are considered. The use of the principle “dominants of target setting” in structuring the basic educational programs of specialist and bachelor’s degrees in pedagogical university is suggested. The recommendations of improvement of Federal State Educational Standards, directed to strengthening the united educational space in the sphere of higher pedagogical education, are substantiated.
