Considering the issue of the asynchronous distance education of adults

The article deals with the analysis of the fundamental problems of the asynchronous distance education of adults, fulfilling the increasingly larger role in the continuous education. On the basis of the analysis of the monitoring of the educational results and the interviewing of the teachers and the students of the additional programs there are presented the classification of the students’ difficulties and the conditions, influencing on the success of the listeners of the asynchronous distance education of adults, and some approaches to the management of the educational process.
