The issue of usage of innovative educational projects in the conditions of preschool educational institutions is considered. Their relevant originality appears when the new technical learning equipment is implemented, there is carried out the combination of the known methods, forms and means, there is transformed the representation of the learning outcome and the attitude of educator and educatee. The issues of development and implementation of innovative educational projects: the material and technical support of preschool educational institutions and/or the passivity of teachers and administration, are analyzed.
